This is contrary to what the Mayo Clinic, NIH, and many other respected institutions indicate. There have been no peer-reviewed studies that show this.
In fact, a recent article pulled off pubmed cross-referenced 19 studies with zero indications of this across over 1600 subjects.

Everyone should do their own research and ignore me, I'm not peer reviewed.

My sleep therapist says that 3mg is a good amount for your body to create nature melatonin. She said 5mg or more and your body will produce less over time thus requiring you to take more. Just what I've been told.

5MG is on the high side. If you are just starting out, you should start with 1mg and see how you do, then work up to 3, , etc. Everyone is different, but many people find that too much melatonin can have the opposite effect. For me, the 1mg time release pill works wonder. The outer layer dissolves quick to knock me out in about 30 minutes, and then the inner layer kicks in 2-3 hours later to keep me from waking up (a problem many people have). This is what I use and swear by it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

Mine took the 20% off first, then $7.99 of the $8 coupon came off, so free. Don't know how to reproduce it though. I used my Target card on the wallet on the Target app.

Nice! Definitely can't be reproduced as the $8 off is one time use unless you have multiple Target Circle accounts.

I meant I don't know how others can reproduce it.

Agree-- start small and work your way up. That being said, this is 5 mg for 2 tablets, so 2.5 mg each.

I bought these a month ago. I give up. They did nothing for me. They are a decent berry flavor, kind of chewy/ sticky. Somehow melatonin has never worked for me. Benadryl knocks me out and leaves me soo groggy. I wasn't groggy with these but I didn't sleep better.

Same way, could eat a whole bottle and party like it's 1999.

Try Tylenol PM, sominex or regular unisom.

Initial impressions after using it for the first time ever last night is positive. I only took one gummy. It definitely made me tired faster than a normal sleeping pill. I would say I fell asleep about an hour faster than normal. I slept all the way through and it seemed to be a pretty even sleep.
It seems other places like Meijer also have the $8 coupon. On a side note these things taste good so keep them far away from kids.

For whatever reason melatonin gives me a hangover, even 300mcg which is a proper dose. 50mg CBD+ 100mg magnesium glysonate seem to do the trick.

I've increased mine to 25 mg, that's 5mg per, but after reading everyone's I'm going to try half a pill.
