I don't trust Newegg anymore. I haven't been burned but there are many reviews with details about problems with returning items that don't work as stipulated. New in a non-retail box, not going to happen.

It's ships and sold by Dyson. I don't think that the packaging matters. This is dyson making sure it can't be returned in-store and it's harder to re-sell.

We've seen V8s for $200, so only thing that would make this palatable would be if it had both fluffy and regular heads.

Agreed, I got the V7 new at $170 last year. Better deals to be had.

and that is strange, like Dyson have its return policy, said full refund with in 30 days, then on the right-hand side shows Newegg standard return policy, seems like if you return it will cause a 15% restocking fee. I wonder if they share the same policy, if so, why wouldn't them just use the standard return policy, and that is Dyson official from Newegg, not a third party.
