The price online is marked as $1849, and it was unavailable in my area (Massachusetts) for delivery but...
  • give your local Costco a call
  • provide the item number
  • ask if the floor model is for sale
They can also let you know if there are models available in other Costco locations in your area. I purchased the final TV which was the display model for $1199.99 including the Allstate warranty and since I have the Costco credit card, I got an additional 2 years warranty added. So you get the same exact wonderful Costco return policy and warranty as a new one. I just got the TV home, and it's in great condition. Hoping some others can benefit from this crazy deal!

Happy hunting!

What's the runtime hours when you go to settings ? I would not be getting a display model on an oled that's been on so many hours. My personal opinion.

Adding - I bought my 55" C9 that was a floor model and it has no burn in for $950 after taxes and that also includes the squaretrade 3(?) year warranty. I got it a year ago. I'm up to 6,500 hours now and have the warranty as well. I have some image retention if I leave it on the apple home screen for a minute but it disappears once something begins playing. That said, I don't think the costco warranty or the squaretrade warranty you can purchase in store covers burn-in but I could be wrong.

Did you do burn-in test using some YouTube videos or something similar?

I think it really depends on what you're watching.
I don't know what is running on Costco displays and I'm not familiar with this new model but older model displays would have burn-in on 4,000 running store videos or anything with permanent image like logo.

My local Costco has one but they're not selling the floor model unless there's none left in boxes

Yeah 4700 hours on the one I've got. But no burn-in as far as I can tell. One single pixel is out. 🤞 Fingers crossed we have a good experience. If not we can always use the generous return policy if necessary.

Costco's "Allstate" plan which is the exact same as Squaretrade, does NOT cover burn-in.

Return period on TVs is fairly short and warranty doesn't cover burn in, really gambling buying a floor model oled from Costco

Still a better deal than Bestbuy.. I ordered an "Excellent" open box only to drive 30 miles to find it was a display model with no box. After adding warranty it was the cost of a brand new one.

The associate claimed "oh it hasn't been up that long" just in time for her boss to come by and reply, "Yeah I wouldn't buy it either... that thing has been running non stop for over a year."

90 days is long enough as far as I am concerned.
