Gonna have to agree with the complaints about the website, I thought it was just me being picky but nah. I got off mobile and went to desktop hoping it would be better but not much! To add insult to injury, they zeroed out all my rewards points for not placing an order in the last few months. Booooo!

I didn't have trouble with website but shopping in middle of night. I'm not a rewards member and was able to use coupon. We needed dog food and water bowls and fish food anyway plus everything I got was on sale so was good deal for me. Thanks.

I had better luck on the app than on the website as far as being able to add certain items to the cart. I checked out on the website vs on the app because on the website it allowed me to combine the $10.00 off $30.00 coupon an additional $20.00 off for repeat delivery. I was able to save $30 and pick up in store today.

For some reason the repeat delivery was finicky for me to but I just kept trying different combinations because Hill Science is so expensive, but my cats love it.
