I do not recommend buying anything from Marmot. First they'll send you a damaged item, then they'll ignore you. That is not how a company should treat their customers.

I've been contacted by a person who supposedly works for Marmot, who said they wanted to "rectify" the fact that they sent me a damaged item and ignored my messages.
Until Marmot exchanges my damaged item with a new, undamaged, identical item, I will repost my negative customer service story every time there is a Marmot SD thread.
If you're looking for similar products from companies with excellent customer support, then avoid Marmot and buy from Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia, and The North Face.
I'm not the only person posting about the poor customer service from Marmot. Marmot has terrible customer service ratings on Trustpilot:
