Would love to order this, but my personal chef and the kitchen staff are all on strike, demanding something called "higher wages."

How does Tenderloin compare to New York/Ribeye? I missed the sale on 12lb A5 Ribeye for about the same price as this so wondering why this is half the weight but same cost

This is some hard to find beef and I love Costco's Tri-Tip I can't imagine how amazing this tastes...dang I am hungry.
