this is what happens when you give the series creator full creative control. kudos to USA Network for doing that.
that episode in season 3 where USA Network decided to forgo commercial breaks so that viewers can have the absolute FULL experience was *chef kiss*. one of the greatest TV episodes ever made
It gets much much better trust me, It is like giving up on Breaking Bad after watching first episode.
I loved the whole series but I've talked to soooo many people that fell off in season 2. I won't spoil anything but the writers are trying for something experimental that drags the whole thing down.
Weird how people actually think it got better after season 1. It was pretty clear to me they only had story ready for a season and a half at most and just came up with the rest along the way. I don't think they ever thought it would be that popular.
If it wasn't for the actors not sure it would of got four seasons.

It nailed so many things right. It has all the aspects of a top tier show. Great acting, interesting plot concepts, and the way the show was shot is so damn artistic. Seriously? What tv show director is nailing each shot like it's an art piece? They even got music to match scenes of the show. I've also never seen a show get computer security concepts correct like this show; from actual security Linux distros to command utilities.
Even the human manipulation used by most hackers to infiltrate businesses. In an era where every tv show is a clone (because everything has been done at this point) this show remained refreshing and unique. Even when people want to compare this show with plot concepts that have already existed. It's such a dumb excuse. Every clever plot concept has been done before; what matters is how you drive an entire story. Have you ever heard the famous phrase: "The Simpsons did that". Well, when you've had a show on TV for over 32 years you're bound to do just about every combination of plot. lol

Yes the whole series is on Prime now. Highly recommend watching. There were only 3 available when I bought this.

Curious why it was a drag. like some filler episodes? I was worried about the same thing if it would be worth the time investment.
First season was the best dunno why he thinks its a drag, it gave me fight club anarchy vibes
