cat 7 is an odd cable there are not many ture certified ones out there your best bet is cat 6 or 6a or cat 8. maybe you miss remebered feet and meters as ethernets max distance has been 100m for a while even back in the day of cat 3. but there are alot of fake ethernet cables out there that end up being copper clad aluminum and will show signal issues at much less distnace the a real cat 5,5e or 6,6a cable

No change, you just don't know what your talking about, 330 feet (+/- a couple) is stranded maximum recommend for full speed.
