Tools Direct via ebay is selling a Used Ryobi One+ 18V EZCLEAN 320 psi Power CLEANER (bare tool only)for $42. Their normal price is $59.99 or more but there's an additional 30% off, right now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/353412001963

This is NOT a Pressure Washer. It's best case use IMO is for those that do not have access to a hose, like washing a boat or deck off using the lake water. Though you can hook it up to a hose also. It's similar to the Worx Hydroshot.

Due to drought conditions, our condo complex capped off the hose bibs. So I'll be washing the car with this and a 5 gallon bucket for awhile.

Once again, it's only 320 PSI , not meant for pressure washing.

Home Depot tool link: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../312453233

Also, SELECT ebay accounts may qualify for another $5 off when paying with American Express by using code AMEX2021 at checkout, YMMV. https://slickdeals.net/f/15188335-ebay-5-off-a-15-purchase-using-american-express-ymmv?v=1

I have this and use it for light duty cleaning of my deck and driveway of pollen or occasional bird/small animal droppings. As OP notes, it's not going to or intended to replace a traditional pressure washer, but the portability is definitely a plus.

Been waiting for some sort of sale on this "power cleaner" for quite a while. Seems like a decent deal, however, now I've decided to wait for their new brushless model.

No release date yet. Advertised as 600 psi.

I have one of these that I bought from HD for almost twice the price. It's exactly what the OP says it is. I have good water pressure and this is a little stronger than if I have my regular hose set to jet.

for anyone that has this, think it's good enough to clean a solar panel? My house is strong enough to reach them but without any power, hoping this would give that little bit of power to wash off the caked on dirt.

It's slightly more power than a hose set to "jet" but it's still a lot less power than a proper pressure washer.

Very useful tool. Not very powerful but will clean the concrete or side of your house. I cleaned a screened in porch on a second story condo with a 5 gallon bucket. I think it took 3 buckets to get the job done. I was very impressed with how well it cleaned and how little water it used.

I have this, and I can also get on my roof and just reach with a 50' long garden hose, so I can give you a bit of comparison. This Ryobi gives a decent amount of cleaning pressure if you get the tip within about 2-3 inches of the surface you're trying to clean, and a bit more pressure if it's hooked up to a water hose than if drawing from a bucket (or in this case I rigged up a 4 gallon water backpack to draw from while on the roof). The challenge with solar panels is that they're rather large, and this is really only long enough to access the closest panel in the array - so in my case about half the panels are on the top or side roof edges and I could not stand directly adjacent. Beyond that you're just splashing water to them no different that a garden hose.

For the edge panels, they were OK, but the dirt that accumulates on my panels over time is a fine dust that isn't just sitting on the panel, but seems to get electrostatically bonded to the surface and doesn't blow off. So you can't just splash the dirt off - you really have to get the power washer tip thoroughly over every inch of the panel to really blast the dirt off, and that ends up taking a fair amount of time and buckets of water (tedious if you have to go up and down the ladder).

So if you can get a garden hose up there, I mostly have used a moderately stiff window brush on a long pole to dislodge the dirt, and then the hose to rinse off. But best result now is with this water-fed pole brush from Amazon [amazon.com] (no longer available), attached to the garden hose, it can reach across three panels and just a low water flow while brushing rinses off the dirt quickly. That brush end also has a squeegee, I don't bother doing that for solar panels but have used it to wash 2nd story window and squeegee for no spots/streaks.

Back to the power washer, for cleaning moss/dirt off the deck, or getting spiderwebs off the eaves or stucco walls, it worked well with a decent amount of pressure. Enough that on some soft cedar siding, I had to be careful as it could gouge the stained surface enough to leave patterned marks.

But be careful with the quick-release attachment; the tip on the body can break off at the body, rendering the entire thing useless. I had the entire tip including the o-ring break off cleanly, not only does the attachment then become loose, but NO water comes out due to a safety valve inside the hose side connect piece.

Is this ideal to blow off the dirt off the windows or not enough pressure?
