HAHA ( I had to comment )
To be fair, I contacted Excal about 8 months in when I noticed it repeatedly and they did offer to help with ASUS's warranty, but they wanted me to mail the laptop to them, to remove the added ram (was a deal to get 32gb ram) so they could then send it to ASUS, and possibly get me a refurb unit if it couldn't be fixed. It was all too much to deal with so I just kept on trying to fix it for quite a long time. Never did, but at least with Tweak running, it's smooth and it's a great laptop overall otherwise.
I've been considering a 3070 or 3080 laptop upgrade. This seems like a pretty solid deal. This laptop im using still plays almost all of my games on max or close to max settings with very few performance issues.

Dell has 256gb ssd so right off the bat you have additional costs.
The real kicker is the subpar 1080p "ips similar" display on Dell to this average at this price point display.
Ryzen is far more efficient but I'd wager Dell has better battery life
Overall I don't recommend either of them at their prices but this is better.
