I was joking. Smilie But there are several formulas and only the "grape cough syrup + mucus" formula is $2.24.

This deal is still available to order, in stock soon. -> NLA at Amazon.

I love using natural alternatives and I have used it often for my kids. But frankly, I see no result. 0%. I think I'm just giving them a sweet syrup. It has done nothing for them ever.

It helps reduce some coughing, but don't expect it to be prescription strength. I think it's about as effective as a cough drop, so a good option to take before sleeping.

Pretty much this. My kid (like all of them I guess) is prone to getting mild illnesses that induce a cough all the time and we'll give him a teaspoon of this during the day or before he goes to bed just to take the edge off.

So basically a placebo. You know what they call alternative medice that works and is effective? They call it medicine.

Can't recommend this at all. As a pharmacist and a parent, if this worked, it wouldn't have the label, "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." It's just sugar syrup and other unproven stuff. My spouse even tried this out of frustration. It basically did nothing for our infant.
