I got this vacuum when the last deal was posted. It's a good vacuum but if you have a lot of carpet you might find yourself running low on battery power really quickly since you'll want to use the higher - highest setting for that. On hardwood floors, the lowest setting with the fluffy roller is more than adequate which can get you around 30 minutes per battery.

The main negative of this vacuum are the tiny wheels on the fluffy head attachment. It will get tangled in hair pretty quickly and will not roll. There is no way to take them off and in the manual it says to use tweezers which is a pain. I suggest cleaning them frequently - even after every use to make it easier to clean. Yes the dust/dirt canister is tiny, but if you use it often just to pick up dust particles and small debris you should be fine. Emptying it is easy. Last thing I would suggest is to rotate your batteries especially if you don't use more than one per cleaning. This will make sure they get used evenly and you don't neglect one where it can degrade just sitting around.

i only paid 330$ for a refurbished v11. i agree its extremely overpriced for the v15. laser is honestly a gimmick

YMMV on if, or how much wear. Many including me, received as like new.
Free returns if not to your liking or for any issues. Others have received some credit for reporting issues to the seller. See the last thread for that. I believe a couple of folks had received older batteries and got 20% refunded, but that was my interpretation of their comments. They could have just returned the vacs but didn't. HTH.

I really like mine, but I'm getting a little frustrated with the tiny wheels on the hard floor attachment. Constantly jammed with hair and dust. Too scared to try and pop the wheels out... They don't appear to really be made for easy removal. Pulling the debris out with needle nose pliers only works so well.

I use my ClosetMaid hanging shelf track that has a screw hole to bolt on my Dyson V8 charger, wire basket for the accessories and a deep hook for my fluffy head in my closet that's just next to an outlet.

Thanks for the deal! I got this for my 1 bedroom apt. I've been looking for a stick vacuum, but could never pull the trigger b/c of $$$. Being in CA, I need to pay sales tax on this, so not as slick as others were able to get.

Good vacuum especially at this price point. The only caveat for me is that the dustbin is relatively annoying to empty as I have cats and the hair gets stuck.
