You could post this comment in almost every restaurant thread and it would be true. They all load up on fat, salt and sugar to try and make the food taste as good as possible.

Choose the steamed entrees and they are low in fat, sugar and salt. Choose the fried entrees and your complaint is valid.

Pretty much all the Pei Weis folded a while back where I'm at. Pretty much overnight too. Between seemingly not being able to get food consistently right and high turnover and then suddenly stopping the BOGO coupons after they issued them monthly I'm guessing a lot of folks probably stopped going. Doesn't seem like it was managed well. Too bad bc it used to be pretty decent and a lot of food with these bogos. On the plus side I've discovered more of our local Asian restaurants since they disappeared.

Used to eat peiwei regularly few years ago and food was delicious. Haven't been in years since most near work and home closed. But I guess it's worth a try again :-)
