You might need to change the settings so it doesn't reset the IP often. I don't have that issue with my router about 75+ feet away from most devices and still get ~150mb that far away on 5G. I'm getting the full 300mb on AX devices within ~50feet. YMMY depending on walls, interference and etc.

Pretty much an wifi 6 router and even older AC routers are all Gigabit LAN. I'm sure there are some crazy high end ones that have 10Gbe but that would be pretty rare. There are some that have 2.5gbe maybe that's what you are looking for? If so this is not anywhere near the price range for one of those ($250-$500)

Just putting my two cents I bought this when it was $89 about 5 months ago the Wi-Fi is real hit and miss the Wi-Fi 6 does broadcast to the PS5 but it doesn't transmit the speeds properly I just think this is like real beta stuff

If I have gb internet speeds, don't I need a router that has an ethernet port thats rated for more than just 1gb?

Well, most of these don't really push over gigabit over wifi, but even if it did, you could go gigabit to your NAS or media center or desktop. If you have one wifi device going a full gigabit to your desktop moving files, then a second wifi client going a full gigabit to the internet, then your wifi will be maxed out already I believe. I think this only does 1.2gigabit on the 5ghz and 574megabit on the 2.4. Generally you won't get near those speeds and if you're lucky you can get 80% of advertised speeds consistently.

Same here, no issues. Great replacement for my rented FiOS router.
