- Login to your VUDU account and your transfer process should officially begin
- Once the transfer is completed, verify that the process is complete

I think their servers are just adjusting to the merging and everything. VUDU's customer service has always been good for me. I would give them a chance, maybe this week. Try again later today. I know it can be frustrating, I was going nuts yesterday LOL
You can actually save them to your Vudu account as a payment option, unlike Fandango.
