I just bought mine no more than 20 mins ago. The product page says the following:

"Save $20 on your purchase of Fire TV Stick 4K. Use promo code STREAM21 at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers"

The "learn more" page says "qualifying customers only" whatever that means. I updated the OP to make note of this.

Works here though I wish it was a bit more of a discount. The other 4K sticks I bought I paid $20 or $25

This is the 2018 4k stick. I don't believe it will be getting the new Android update.
