Yes, they do allow return in-store but make sure it is corporate store. You can view second video on return policy page https://www.att.com/wireless/return-policy/
I spoke to someone at two nearest att corporate store and he confirmed I can return the online accessories.

Man!!!! Nope. Not a thing. Guess it wasn't for payments. Just purchases or maybe targeted members. I check my chase offers and there wasn't any at&t offer at that time. Guess I should just be happy that I paid my enormous bill lol.

I read the terms and nowhere it has mentioned $37.50 before taxes. Do you know anything about it?
Reading the above posts it is post-tax. So total should be above $37.50 posted as single transaction on chase statement.
Of course you won't get $75 credit if your card didn't get this specific AT&T offer and you didn't activate the offer, what's the confusion here or did I misunderstand?

Logically it'll be based on the transaction total including the tax because Chase transaction doesn't break it down to price + tax, it's just whatever the total transaction was.

When I used the best buy 10% offer they based the credit on the total price so any single purchase above $37.50 should trigger the offer.
