Buyers beware, these gave my ears an infection, watery for a few days and then crunchy the next few. I just sent mine to Samsung yesterday for them to investigate. There is a long thread on the Samsung community about this issue.

Can you share the thread? How often did you have them in and for how many days (roughly)?
I did notice that iOS 15 was not happy about the volume in these and warned about hearing loss. They sound good though and do have bass that sounds good for the size.

I got the black buds pro when I got the s21U, it wasn't a problem at first. My wife used it as well, no problems, then I got her the purple ones, and she felt the discomfort after one use, maybe around 30-60min, then we returned it. I continued using the black one for a while without problems, then all of a sudden one early morning both my ears were extremely watery, I literally had to stick a tissue ball in my ears to stop leaking. The night before I had used the buds for about an hour. I stopped using it for a while until my ears were all fine, then I used it again one night for about an hour, then the same results. Last week I only used the right side buds just to test it, and that ear got really watery, not as bad as the first and second time though. So I googled and found the thread about this issue, chatted with Samsung and opened up a case, they called me and asked for my story, and sent me an empty box to send these to them.

Thanks for the link and that is crazy - I hope that it all works outs. I wonder if the plastic/silicone in these buds are containimated with something unique.

Thanks for ruining this for me. Haha. I've been trying to decide between these and the Jabra Elite 85. Guess now it's a no brainer, not gonna take a chance on an ear infection just because I want some newer ear buds
