We had *fun* playing this game as a couple.

*Also had a lot of arguments over who wasn't pulling their weight, how someone "just had one job" and still messed it up somehow, and how the other person needed to stop making excuses about their controller, etc., But we still had fun and it's a great opportunity to play a game together.

For reference my gf is a casual gamer (Animal Crossing and Pokemon is her jam), so she took a while to adjust to controlling the camera angles and parts of the game that required precise timing, but I think this is a good game to introduce someone to those mechanics and since it's co-op so you can help each other out.

This is probably one of the best co-op games I've ever played. If you don't have it yet, I definitely recommend buying a copy while it's on sale.

Counter DP I played this game with a friend and neither of us liked it (and we played through Little Big Planet many years ago). But at least on PS4 you can play the first level for free so try it first and see.
