I picked up 4 last time this deal was active maybe 3 weeks back.

House 1, the dog made Gumby look even better than on arrival via licks 3 weeks later.

Then I went to a different house and gifted 3 gumbys to 3 dogs. There, Dog #1 and dog #2 and dog #3 proceeded to each get super excited with Gumby, but within 2 hours dog #1 murdered Gumby by taking it's left eye out from Gumby 1 and Gumby 2. Gumby 3 survived 2 weeks later, so perhaps it was a good idea to get 3. YMMV.

It's true. Our 15 lb little beagle/chihuahua/terrier mix already tore off the arms after 1 month. Stuffing everywhere. Poor Gumby.

Got two of these from Amaon last time they were on sale. Squeekers are tiny and hardly make any noise at all. Golden retriever had a seam torn open in about 90 seconds. Returned for refund.
