Game Description:
- 5 years after their dangerous journey across the post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled down in Jackson, Wyoming. Living amongst a thriving community of survivors has allowed them peace and stability, despite the constant threat of the infected and other, more desperate survivors. When a violent event disrupts that peace, Ellie embarks on a relentless journey to carry out justice and find closure. As she hunts those responsible one by one, she is confronted with the devastating physical and emotional repercussions of her actions.

I don't vehemently hate the second like the maniacs do, but I didn't enjoy the storyline at all. I guess as a result of that, I was dragging myself to get through it, which felt way, way too long. The cycle of gameplay really wore thin for me by the end.
I get what they were trying to do, but it just didn't work for me. YYMV

What makes the second one "too woke and liberal"?

if you have a PS4 good deal, if you have a PS5 and haven't played the game yet imo better just to wait.

One example from the first game is Was Joel really "right"? Some people have an idea of what's right and wrong... and the story should make you think. It's great imo. I wasn't a huge fan of the twists, but I will admit that once it got to a certain point I couldn't put the game down. I had to finish the remaining 6hr or something. My friend was in the same boat. Lost sleep.
