MSG has become a buzzword for people scared of trying Asian food. It's naturally occurring in mushrooms and tomatoes, you don't see anyone saying crap about that.

better than the on-sale prices at my local asian store. but sadly, with my kids, i need to get the mild (which is always pricey on amazon). good deal though

I'm used to Indian curry and the flavor of this was very unique. I didn't like it at first, but I think it kind of grew on me.

I think Asian curries are sweeter in general, but can be made spicy, obviously.
