I finally found where to enter the code. On the payment page the cart is minimized, click on the arrow ^ and then brings up the order summary and area for "Have a discount code?"
However the price is now $95 for me.

I think I'll try Costco (in-store) which last time I got 2x$50 PSN cards, for I think $85ish?

I havent seen PlayStation gift cards on Costco's site in awhile and looking now don't see it. You have a working link where they are still selling them?
