I have the piston pump and it is top of the line. Has yet to leak and ECHO offers a 5 year warranty. It's almost a no brainer.

Of course, I just bought the Ryobi battery one on Monday. Might have to grab one of these too.

Once you go battery powered, you won't go back... Chapin 24v is my choice for the money... Granted I upgrade the straps and wand.

Misters like the ryobi fogger are more efficient for mosquito killing. It uses half a gallon vs 4 gallons for the same area coverage and you can't miss any spots. It's way faster too since the fog goes to 15ft.

I have the Harbor Freight sprayer. At times, Harbor Freight is the way to go. For the sprayer, it's crap.

I bought the older version and it was bad. The pressure wouldn't hold a consistent spray. The initial first second of releasing the pressure is where the pressure is at but after that second, it goes down hill and only lasts for a few seconds before it gets down really low pressure. So I had to almost constantly keep pumping. It got old really quick. It was also leaking from the cap, but I guess if you're not filling the tank all the way that water would slosh around to the top, you'll be okay. The cap on the first one was angled so that was also a pain to screw it back on. It was annoying.
Looks like they changed the way the cap screws on the top. I'm not sure what other changes they made on the other model.

You are confused by their warranty for engine powered products. This has a 90 day warranty.

I've been looking for the ryobi. Did you find a deal by chance?
