This has to be the most boring and generic jacket online. It doesn't have a single outstanding features, e.g. doesn't pack into it's own pocket, there are no extra pockets, the pockets don't close, the hood has no drawstring, there is no vent or flap to let out sweat, the fabric isn't breathable, etc. Looks to be plastic lined inside which means you'll be sweating on humid days because the sweat has nowhere to evaporate. And the colors are ugly. Even the blue is too bright.

For just $29 (in selected colors), get this one, which has many of the features I mention above, plus UV protection.

The photo appears to show that the inside of the fabric is plasticized. So there's no additional lining, per se, but there is a bonded plastic layer. Unfortunately, that also means that the fabric isn't breathable. Since there is no vent or flap, you'll be sweating like a wombat when it's humid (which is pretty much the case whenever it rains).
