It's a first-party keyboard, case, and trackpad. They're priced at $299. Also if the iPad has AppleCare+ coverage, it will cover this keyboard as well automatically so that's a plus. Love mine and I paid full price. This is definitely a great price!
Well the bloom is off this particular rose. I picked one up in that big Walmart sale a couple weeks ago but have decided not to keep it. Checked eBay to see if it was worth flipping or if I should just return it to Walmart. Average selling price is about what I paid, so after fees I would lose money. This thing normally retails for 299.
Clearly once it actually got into the hands of the average user they quickly realized it's overpriced and superfluous for what it offers, and only the Apple sycophants are the ones raving on YouTube making it seem like a good product.
I want to like it but the limited tilt angle plus the lack of clearance between top keys and bottom of the iPad are deal breakers.
