ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age of majority in their respective state or province of residence at the time of entry

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 10, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 10, 2021 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Prize:

There will be one (1) Prize awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Prize Winner ("Winner"), upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive:

4days/3nights Luxury Included® accommodations for two (2) adults (the Winner and one (1) guest) in a Luxury-level room at any one (1) of the Sandals® Resorts (Prize Winner's choice) (the "Sandals Accommodations"); plus
Red Lane Spa Credit in the amount of $340.00 which can be used towards a couples;
One (1) Private Candlelight dinner; and
Island Routes Credit in the amount of $240 to be used towards a catamaran cruise offered on each island where a Sandals Resorts is located except the island of Grenada. If the Prize Winner chooses to travel to the island of Grenada the Island Routes Credit will be substituted with a bottle of Dom Perignon.

The Sandals Accommodations, Red Lane Spa Credit in the amount of $340, One (1) Private Candlelight Dinner, and the Island Routes Credit in the amount of $240 to be used towards a catamaran cruise (or if travelling to Grenada a bottle of Dom Perignon) collectively, the "Prize Package").

The Prize Package has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $3,239.
