Decent price for a wireless keyboard + mouse combo but it looks like these use a non standard USB Dongle...again. This means if either breaks, you'll probably need a replacement and an additional dongle.

The one thing I really disliked about Logitech was when they created the Unify dongle standard and then continued to release devices using dongles that were neither Bluetooth or Unify.
Agreed. Best layout of the keyboard.

Worst part is that it doesn't support unifying receiver. If your receiver is lost, there is no way you can pair this keyboard with any other receiver.

I had this combo for six years and the keyboard worked great. The mouse was tiny and not reasonable to use by adult hands.

This keyboard has the proper placement of the F# keys. That seems to be getting rarer and rarer. Anyone that uses MS Office on a daily basis should be using the F keys a ton and it is awful when companies move them around.

I have had this keyboard for a couple years now, About 2 or 3. It works great. Love that u only need one dongle. I use it to control my laptop connected to my TV when I want to watch TV shows. Although it's a 7 year old laptop, it works a lot better and faster to navigate with mouse than my 2020 Samsung TV.

I don't use it to type up any papers so I'm not sure how it would hold up for long periods of typing but the keyboard is pretty solid and confortable.

It should work with any unifying receiver dongle. Possibly even another non-unifying dongle.

You can use The Logitech Connection Utility software to reprogram non-unifying receivers.

Pretty sure this mouse/keyboard combo is the MK270, but it appears Walmart and Target don't actually call it that.

Logitech support refers to it as the MK270 though in the customer review comments / responses on Target [target.com].

The MK270 is backed by a 3-year limited hardware warranty. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us...ombo-MK270 - Will, Logitech.
Amazon [amazon.com] and Best Buy [bestbuy.com] both call it the MK270, but they have different item numbers (920-008813 & 920-004536).

Logitech is the King in this space for a reason. I have a similar combo (keyboard is a bit different K-360) In 5 years only had to replace the keyboard 1x, and the mouse about 3x. Teh mouse only uses a single AA battery.

Good info on the Connection Utility to reuse non-unifying receiver (although it seems you'd be able to pair at least a keyboard and mouse to the non-unifying receiver with the utility, which is all most would do even with a Unifying receiver).

Yup this is the MK270, and after buying a couple of these and not liking them, the lowest I'll go is the MK320.

This set and the MK120 (wired) set turned to junk a couple years ago. If the small mouse doesnt bother you, I would bump up to the MK320.
