I find it interesting how many times this deal gets posted. And then never the comment that by doing it you might/have to agree to let the company change your settings at the most inopportune times; i.e. when you are home.

If you get one of these you should setup a firewall rule to keep it from having access outside of your home network. Wifi thermostats are great, but giving the power company access to them is not.

I have the white Sensi smart thermostat and it annoys me to no end that they couldn't bother to develop a proper Alexa app to allow you to toggle your HVAC fan by voice command

Had a sensi for years but recently something happened where Everytime I set the system it would automatically change back to whatever it defaulted at. Would drop the temp by 5 degrees and it would just raise it back up. Would turn the fan to on and it would set it back to auto. I switched it out with a Honeywell
