This hardcover version on Amazon at $22 is cheaper than the other post at $35, and I cannot find any difference:

Just used some google play credit to buy it on google. It has adobe drm so it's not efficient for reading offline.

I just bought the Amazon Kindle version map and resolution could certainly be better - the maps look "just OK" with the temptation to try to pinch and zoom on a tablet for close-ups which does not work as the zoomed-in image is poor.

Still decent at $2.

What kind of map doesn't have a scale or latitude/longitude markers? What were they thinking?

The lat/long or military grid is there on almost every map.
The grids can be used to scale.
What do you need a scale for on a movement map? So you can measure how far Rommel moved on Jan 22nd 1942? It's not that kind of map and it isn't detailed enough.
