As always (for me), I went through the list and reacted maybe 7 times with "oh, hey… ugh. I own it."
I think there are 3 books I'd enjoy, but I also think 2 of the three have been on $5 sales before (which, if you weren't paying attention to my plight, means they'll be on sale again in the future.)

Eh the $5 sales have really been disappointing me lately. Seems like a bunch of self help crap and a few crappy scifi books from new authors destined to fizzle out that they're trying to push.
Kill Decision By: Daniel Suarez (former Microsoft guy first few books were great)
The Goldfinch By: Donna Tartt (Great listen, better than the movie)
Bossypants By: Tina Fey (Simple fun)

I'm a patient (when it comes to being cheap) guy.
And also some of those crappy scifi books fill my needs (basically background noise) at times.
But you're not wrong. Some (many) of those books in the $5 sale have still been overpriced.

Really wishing it was open to all books, maybe I could have offloaded some of the credits I am sitting on
