I worked in a cellphone repair place and they use the foaming one to clean phones that have water damage. You would think rubbing alcohol would be preferred but it causes rust. The main this is too keep the phone off as soon as it's wet and remove the battery ASAP.

So take apart the phone, clean and wait for it to dry.

My trick has been to dry the phone in a very dry place for 24 hours. Ideally a warm room with a dehumidifier. Alternatives include: food dehydrator that you will never use for food again or a toaster oven at the lowest setting, wrapped a layer of dry towel, with the door ajar (close the door and you have melted plastic)

This stuff doesn't work very well at cleaning. Plus the neck has a major design flaw. Fluid gets stuck in it, so when you flip the bottle back up when done, it ALWAYS continues to push out liquid trapped in it. I bought a bunch during a Target deal and am stuck with it. Just a heads-up.
