Anyone successfully powered one of these via POE splitter?
I already have cat5e wired to 12 drop points and 8 of them are used with Lorex 8 channel IP cam kit (Costco's recent deal) and I'd like to test eufy cams with the other 4 drop points.

Yep, I got that part. I'd like to power the camera with an POE splitter and connect to Internet via WiFi. Just checking whether anyone already done it successfully.

Don't see any reason why it can't be done but you will need to split the original cable which will void warranty.

It's wifi so no ethernet cable.

I know exactly what he's talking about. However, it does not look like the power source is removable, thus you'll need to cut/split the cord.
