When I open up the cancelation page (https://www.grubhub.com/account/subscription)
Your Grubhub+ is free of charge. Your free Grubhub+ membership will not automatically convert into a paid Grubhub+ membership at the end of the free trial.
I see this blurb under the cancel button:

so it seems like it will not start charging after the promo period
