How to Redeem Your Promotional Offer
  • On the day you wish to travel, approach any Metrolink Ticket Vending Machine
    1. Select 'Promotional Codes' from the home screen
    2. Enter your promotional code
    3. Select or enter your origin and destination station (if prmpted)
    4. Confirm rider type
    5. Confirm the information is correct
    6. Select 'Print Ticket'
    7. Retrieve your ticket

Took about 5-10 minutes on tmobile before i received the text with promo code. The email arrived pretty soon after registering but the code only comes by text.

You have until 1/1/2023 to use the promo codes, promo codes will not work on the metrolink app, must be used on the ticket machine at the station on the day you plan to travel.

I tried google voice phone number did not appear to work.

I got a blank message this morning so I reached out to their text customer service line (1-800-371-5465.)

This was their response "We apologize. At this time, we are experiencing technical difficulties with the promotion. If you don't see the codes within 48 hours, please contact us".

So hopefully it will come later if not they said to contact them again so it makes me think they will honor it...

I've left my car overnight for a week a few times and have never gotten towed. Do not leave a note.
