Actually I think it could be the same carving knife in different colors: model #s EK500W (white) and EK500B (black).

In for one, but only because it has an intuitive trigger. I have no idea what that is but it sounds very worthwhile.

I bought this specifically to cut through foam for cushions and it was perfect for that. If I were to need an electric knife for cooking and serving purposes, I'd probably invest more (and if I were making more than 2 upholstered items) but if you need something cheap for a 1-5 use, this is just fine.
