ive owned quite a few of these electronic muffs.... ill give my input.

for 1... this is a decent deal. not an uncommon price, but still decent.

these are mono. sound is ok, but decent amounts of background noise. ok if you are using them occasionally at the range, or while doing home improvement stuff.

for around 10 bucks more, the howard leight impact sports give you similar quality, plus stereo sound. massive upgrade if you are using them a lot. still the background noise is taxing, and the directional sound is decent, but not great...

for around double the price, there are various versions of the walker quads that give you very good directional sound, higher quality sound, and less background noise. a worthwhile upgrade over the howard leights... but still a decent amount of white noise.

my next purchase will be some $120 peltors... word on the street is they cut the white noise drastically. which is what im really looking forward to. i do a lot of hunting, and while the quads are great for saving my hearing while retaining directional sound... ill spend a $120 if they cut down the white noise.

moral of the story, is that, depending on your goal... this deal, while good... will still not get you what you want. just consider the above notes, and consider if you might need to spend more money...

Just FYI these are mono. Meaning you won't be able to tell which direction the sound you're hearing from is coming from. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I bought the Howard Leight impact sports instead. Work great on the range

I don't think that's how it works.

I figure if I stay on the right side of the firing line, I'm ok with not knowing the direction of the sound!LMAOLMAO

Seriously, it's a good deal, thanks OP.

Edit:
From their description:
Made in the USA or Imported

I'm glad they cleared that up!

It says 2 omni directional microphones in description, and i have the exact same ones, and i can tell the direction where the sound is coming from. I bought from lowes on May 21 last year for $13 tho

I narrowed my choices down to 2, these said made in USA or imported. The other brand came with a case, but I selected Walkers because I thought they had a 50% chance of being made in USA. When they arrived the box said Made in CHINA.
laugh out loud I don't think that's how it works.

TU, great deal... got a pair of Walkers on a previous SD FP deal from Lowes, so I'll do my best to resist this deal.

It has 2 omni directional microphones, but the speaker is mono. It's a stupid decision on their engineering. I'm glad u can tell which way sound is coming from wearing these, but I definitely can't. The Howard Leight sounds better and has stereo speakers. These Walkers are a safety hazard for me.

I have a couple of these we use for shooting and they work really well, especially for this price range. Certainly not overly cushioned but comfortable, volume adjustable, and the noise/dB cancellation works excellent.

you may think you can, but you definitely cannot. its a mono setup. its easy for your senses to combine and think you can tell where a sound is coming from because you can see where it is coming from. if you do a blind test with someone behind you, youll never be able to tell where the sound is coming from.

i am 100% sure of this and i own a pair myself. its common knowledge in the hunting/gun community that these are mono. you have to go to the quad muffs from walker in order to get stereo sound.

These are stellar. I've had a pair since 2018 and I paid $40.00 then. I use them when shooting and bring to them the office when the city is doing fire alarm testing.

Both great options, I went with Razors mainly from feedback on the fit around ears (big head)and comfort. Stereo would've been nice but fit on Razors is notably better in all comparisons I've seen.

If you hear any of the actual sound you can still tell which side it's coming from, don't turn the volume up so high so you can hear a blend of the electronic sounds and the muffled real life sounds
