I have been using a 36v Black and Decker I got at a gas mower exchange probably 10 years ago. I had been dipping my toe in the water on a new mower and noticed I missed some good deals recently but this one seemed pretty decent. I have the Greenworks 80v string trimmer and 40v blower and hedge trimmer which have served me well for at least 3 years, good products. I ordered the "used- very good" version for $360 and it was brand new, minus the box was a little beat up.
I can't even begin to described how much of an improvement this is! The old mower was horrible at self bagging as I probably ended up with 6x-8x more clippings in the can (not exaggerating). It seems to have a power sensor to ramp up the juice in heavy grass. I could not believe how much better the lawn looked after I was done (everything was cut evenly I think?)...in about 1/2 the time as well. The crazy thing about that is that I had the 2.0ah battery from the sting trimmer to use while I was charging the 4.0ah and I then didn't even need it!! My lawn is probably about 1600 square feet...
I have a relatively flat lawn so self propelled wasn't all that much of a feature to me but I will tell you this mower rocks!

I know it's 60v vs 80v of the OP, but it has 1 extra battery and also self propelled for $90 more.

The warranty is 4 yrs for both battery and tool. You should claim warranty replacement if it happens before 4 yrs

I will tell you 2 things I do that may make a difference. (1)Temperature controlled garage which doesn't go below about 55F in the winter. (2)Never charge a just used/hot battery. I always wait at least a couple of hours for them to cool down before charging. If you're already doing those things, then you're probably getting as much out of them as possible.
Side note for the self-propelled 80V mower, it's a close enough replacement to my gas mower that I don't miss it, but it has a couple of annoying quirks...
1) The top 3 cutting height adjustments are useless because it will miss grass and the cut looks bad. I usually try to do that in the hottest part of summer to keep the grass alive without a lot of watering.
2)The self-propel is really irritating if you have short runs. When you engage it, it takes several seconds to ramp up to speed, and since it is rear wheel drive it's impossible to leave it engaged when you're turning. Net result is that you have to disengage the self-propel at the end of each row and re-engage after you turn which takes way too long for it to restart. Net result is that I only wind up using it for less than half of my 0.3 acre yard. Whoever thought rear wheel drive was a good thing for you average, flat suburban yard is an idiot. It's so much easier with front wheel drive to just leave it engaged all the time and just lift the front drive wheels when you turn. So, yeah, you probably won't miss the self-propel on this mower unless you have a larger yard with long rows to mow.

It's really weird. I see what you're saying about the pro line on the website, but the manual contradicts that. Maybe they haven't updated the manual yet?

I would say the manual is outdated. It shows 4 yrs warranty for the pro line everywhere where it's sold.
My two 2.0 80v batteries still going strong after 3.5 years.
Lol ok. But do you even have a lawn to mow?
