Currently using a magic bullet. Doesn't crush ice well but does ok with smoothies. Although if I leave it running for more than 15 secs each time, I think it'll burn out and explode lol. Want to upgrade to the ninja mega kitchen system, but $160 is a bit pricey. 9 months ago it was around $100, I'd jump on that deal if it ever pops up again but unlikely

TU for sure. 200 watts is low, as long as you don't intend on throwing a ton of frozen fruit or whatever in there, a few chunks of bananas, with lots of liquid...etc, it would be very handy! Nice find.

FWIW, I still use a 2005-era Magic Bullet every day and it's still going strong. But if feels like I need hearing protection every time. We made baby food with it, and my son is 11 tomorrow Smilie

They're definitely durable. I wrote them off as an infomercial gimmick back then, but my wife convinced me. As she often does.

Hah, thanks for mentioning this. Didn't know they had two versions.

I was thinking I had to do a return/rebuy or price adjustment cause I thought they lowered the price from $10 (2 days ago) to $8 today.
