Same here. Still waiting on a tracking number.

EDIT - Just received the standing legs today. Posting from it now. Not too bad! Ordered on 8/16 and received 8/29. Totally worth the $110~ I paid for it. It's pretty stable, but my monitor with an 'average' stand does wobble slightly when typing quickly. But overall, this will greatly improve my work-from-home setup.

None of them have an "easy" manual option, but based on the assembly diagram for this one, the motor is a screw drive like a garage door, so you might be able to hook a drill to it and run it up and down in a pinch.

They actually cancelled one of my orders and had me place it again. It's been a few weeks since my original order and nothing has shipped.

I asked for an update and they said they couldn't give me one. One person told me the order would get shipped the next day, the next day they said they had no update.

I asked if there was anything I could do to expedite and was told no and not to place another order and was chastised for using the GET30 coupon code twice. It was used twice because they canceled my order! Their customer service has sucked and been unhelpful and I'm losing faith in the company and am on the verge of actually cancelling my order myself.

This is a duplicate post. And the ones in the other thread from 2 weeks ago haven't even shipped. Should probably not order until monoprice pulls their heads out of their rears right now.
