The above said, for those on the fence, the ANC is good. I'm not quite as blown away as others with the ANC, but it's definitely good. I have a pair of XM3 full size headphones, and those have amazing ANC. To be fair, a lot of the professional reviews have gushed about the ANC - but w/o going into a ton of detail, I'm just not there. Also, as somebody that owns Jabra 75Ts, that I've noticed have really annoying connection issues when I use them biking, the Panas have rock-solid connections. One of the reviews I read griped about the case being cheaply made, but I don't agree... the case they come in (esp at this price) is quite nice. One annoyance is that the buds do not *easily* seat in their custom made slots... you'll drop them in and then have to fiddle with them to get them to fit perfect. If they're not in perfect, they don't charge... so, again, a minor annoyance, but an annoyance none-the-less.
Finally, the sound is quite good. Nothing that will "blow you away," but extremely competent - and, again, amazing at this price point. So, all in all, extremely competent ANC earbuds at a steal of a price under $40.
I also wish I got these instead of the lenovo ones that already shipped from the last deal, might just gift those and pick these up too!

I have 65T and want to upgrade
As I stated in my last reply, I can tell you that over an hour long conversation, with just one of the Pana buds inserted, there wasn't any issue picking up my voice during our conversation -- and this was while I was driving, too. So, I think at $40, I wouldn't wait too long on this deal.

Good for music, no good for ANC
The Achilles heel of the Aftershokz is sound quality so it was no surprise that these Panasonics are far superior in that regard. But even after turning on ambient mode on the Panasonics the Aftershokz are far superior it letting you hear the outside environment. Additionally if you're a jogger like me the Panasonic buds will pick up every thud your feet make as they hit the ground (you don't want to hear that do you?) - not an issue with walking.
Also I found it very difficult to get the Panasonic buds to wedge properly so they don't fall out - it takes some practice (hint: after seating them in the ears rotate towards the back of your head until they wedge).
Concerning turning off the Panasonic buds, the only way to do it is to put them in the little case which means you'll have to carry it around with you - with Aftershokz you just hold down the power button until they turn off. I'm not sure if this is standard with pod / bud type units (never owned before) but I don't like it:
1) don't wanna carry the case even if it's small
2) lose the case? you're SOL. It also seems easy to lose
3) the case is how you charge the buds - is it water resistant? I haven't checked but I doubt it. When jogging sometimes I get rained on. I also use the Aftershokz for kayaking - another situation where it seems like the case would be bad
I'm not saying the Panasonic buds are bad nor do I intend to return them - I already mentioned the sound quality is much better than Aftershokz. For situations where ambient sound is less important Panasonic wins. But I for one will be using Aftershokz most of the time
I will give this a try, was about to order a 2nd pair of bud+ for backup.
