Loved this, but they dont last if you are lucky 2-3 years max, most likely 6-12 months ( typical Logitech button problems)... last year I switched to kensington pro fit ergo, imho its the best alternative to the mx ergo plus

The Kensington pro is a close alternative but it's lacking in size and angle. You're right these don't last. The rubber tore on mine
This mouse is definitely nice overall, but the trackball design didn't do it for me. While it leaves your hand in a comfortable position, I found it more frustrating to use compared to a traditional mouse. Spent more time correctly lining up the pointer where I wanted to go - switched back to traditional mouse after a few days and it's been sitting unused since. Bought it cause I had store credit to burn - so wouldn't recommend anyone get this unless you're sure you like the trackball design.
Great offer. I just used to get a MX Master 3 black!! Thanks
For what it's worth keep an eye out. Verizon runs sales for 40% off at times. So 60 bucks for the mouse. The mx keys is nice too. Sometimes you have to buy 4-5 items to get the price you want (can supplement with chargers etc.) and then return the extra items and they give you the prorated amount back. Last time I bought mx keys mx 3 and 3 chargers. For 40% off everything. And returned the 3 chargers. So got the mx keys and mx 3 for 60 a piece plus tax

I'm not sure if I'd like the trackball design but I am intrigued by it because I am old and have arthritis. Would you consider selling yours?

On the contrary, after switching to trackballs, I found mice ridiculous to use now. I can't move my wrist and arm to move my cursor, it is a pain. Mx ergo is great, I have two more m570s but they are too light.

Same. I have been using them for years. Started out with the wired version. The wired version lasts for years (I still have the first two that I bought). My first M570 finally started to experience button issue after about 3-4? years of use.
I have 2, buttons and ball/wheel all still work great, bought them at release. The problem, though is the rubber, it gets kinda gross after a while, and no amount of hot water and dish soap keeps it from soaking up all your oils.
Bought another pro though on this deal. 4 years isn't bad for it.

What really worked for me was vertical mice. Take a look at the Anker one.
