I don't know that I would have put the sacred words "price mistake" but nice find. 3060 for $1200 from Costco is pretty good.

It is a very chunky laptop for anyone wondering, from what I can find it's 6.39lb

It shows $1,209.98 in the Shopping Cart including the $9.99 S&H, but even that is just OK for an RTX 3060.

Had one and returned.
Unless you connect to an external monitor i would say stay away.
The screen is garbage if you seen a nice laptop screen before .
MSI ruined this model due to the screen choice.
Other than that a very fast machine.

I paid 1299 for a 3060rtx Legion last week, I have different issues with WiFi, due to realtek cards on 2 laptops already.

165hz with 300 nits, 100% sRGB. just annoyed with wifi issues from the Legion realtek wifi6 cards.

On one of the laptop I was getting DNS error and dropped wifi. While none of my other device had problems, tried trouble shooting for a week with Lenovo and told me it was hardware issue. I returned it and got another one. My current one is much better but will randomly loose internet connection, windows latest driver made it worst, so I had to roll it back.

100% SRGB, 300 nit is garbage?

And if you are such a hardcore gamer that you need >144Hz, wouldn't you be using an external monitor anyway?

For those dissing the price for a 3060, note that:

- The Raider gets full power GPUs, and a rep for pushing performance to the limit.

- This is a 17" display and a $100+ premium for that (vs 15.6") is typical.

- Costco is the best retailer to buy from; has by far the best warranty and return policies for laptops.

EDIT: You might be right about the screen! In the past they only put premium displays in the Raiders and I thought they'd carried this one over from last year, but it appears not: https://us.msi.com/Laptop/GE76-Ra...cification

"17.3" Thin Bezel FHD, IPS-Level 144Hz, 45% NTSC" This isn't a good display (at least on color gamut) if those specs are right! Since they aren't listed, brightness and response are probably poor as well.
