I added the offer to my PayPal account. I received an email confirming the offer was added.
I purchased a $50 plastic WalMart gift card with free mail delivery. I used my Discover card for 5% back. Both PayPal and my Discover card show a $40 charge.
WalMart did not allow me to choose PayPal as payment for an eGift card which is why I chose plastic.

Ahh I just noticed the other deals and a claim limit. Perhaps so did the one for walmart

My PayPal wallet still has the Walmart $10 off but when I attempt a second try it doesn't show up at check out. Is there like a 24hr waiting period?
My PayPal wallet still has the Walmart $10 off but when I attempt a second try it doesn't show up at check out. Is there like a 24hr waiting period?
Walmart refunded the order and in the order history of paypal it says $10 refunded to Offer.
I tried placing an order today (2 days after order cancelled) and the offer is not applied.
Called paypal and they could see the offer saved in my wallet and that my original order was cancelled but claimed all they could do was escalate the issue and check back in 48-72 hours after escalation.
Now it is just a waiting game to see if anything changes.
