I've had this monitor for 14 months or so, and bought at $349 as well. It's been great. However, the price on the link is coming up $449. I have been thinking of a second for a family member. Sorry to have missed the dip in price.

Both have similar specs. By the name, I'm guessing S3222DGM is latest model while S3220DGF looks like a 2019 model. However 3220 has better brightness(400 vs 350). If brightness isn't a concern, I would probably pick the 3222.
