There is no case that a SoFi order in my account shows anything except 'Status: Ineligible'. Take this as a bit of a warning. I have opened up a ticket in any case to get this resolved, as according to what I mentioned prior the "Status: Ineligible" according to the Account History page, means "You did not purchase a valid item for an offer", and of course I did in both cases and I took screenshots of every step to prove it. You may experience the same result even if you follow everything to the tee in the promo offers. This is not cool, and I'm certainly dissapointed currently with Slickdeals for having to even post this as a warning.
After 4 more days of waiting and after opening a support ticket for it, and being told to wait 2 - 10 more days, I did get 1 of my 5 orders in SD Rewards Account History to show Pending 7500 points ($1000 amount and 7500 rewards points, which I believe would equate to $75 USD back to me for the reward for funding the Invest account with $1000 USD if all is succesful) for the status, which was for the Active Invest account funding. The other 4 x SoFi orders (I have 5 total SoFi orders showing in the Account History for Rewards, which all mention the word "Wealth Account Created" and "Wealth Account Funded" on them) show Ineligible for status when checking them now. Check your account status now to see if that Ineligible order for Invest has changed to Pending status, and reply back here.
Thanks for using Slickdeals!

WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION EVER.
Was told to hit confirm button when notice came. Hit confirm button twice, never got my shares, only a lame excuses.
Had an after hours transaction to deal with and was unable to reach anyone (they close at 5PM PST versus larger brokers who are open late).
Their systems are terrible.
Customer service will keep you on the phone forever.
Excuses, hot air.
Use SoFi only if you like to lose money.
SoFired. Yes, I'm closing my account after only a few days. Will never, ever return. Huge, costly mistake.
Sofi has been a nightmare. Run away. Worst financial institution ever.
