The service has been mostly stable except for some challenges during initial installation and average once a year outage of < 12 hours due to weather and other reasons.
Steam actual download speed is about 120M bits per second (15M bytes), on Stadia 1080p 60fps game plays quite well. Also worked well with Playstation Now streaming.
I have the Phone+Internet bundle. Internet is 35 with 0.18 taxes and fees. Phone was $20 +taxes initially but the price keeps going up now it's 28+$14 taxes. I almost wanted to cancel the phone and switch to VOIP but kept it just for the convenience and bundle discount.
Due to various Amex Offers and Chase Offers I got enough credits to offset the price increase so technically the price after rebate is roughly the same for the 4 years.
IMO I'm getting my money's worth. Previously I used Time Warner cable -> AT&T Uverse-> Verizon FiOS -> AT&T Fiber.
AT&T Fiber has been working fine but I probably would have kept Verizon FiOS if they didn't sell to Frontier.

I got an email for the $50 and a confirmation number and went to the website and claimed. The other $150 and $200, I had to go to the website with the confirmation email from before and check myself. No emails were sent to me for the last two.
