At 650cal x 3 (breakfast, lunch, dinner), you're right where you need to be; Granted, if your idea of being 'active' includes sitting around, watching TV, playing video games, getting a manicure and then napping, you're going to put on weight because your activity is isn't typical.
I sleep 6hrs per night and walk 5 miles per day, so I rarely glance at calorie counts.
Wendy's really did hit a homerun with their breakfast menu. Their breakfast potatoes are well seasoned and are so good.
