4. The little drop down pane that shows up at the top of the page, has something along the following;

you need to text "SAVE24" to 56457 and send. Then type "Y" and send again. Next, you will receive a unique code

Edit: you aren't get the code after the first text. You have to reply "Y" to agree with Kohls for marketing stuffs. Then you will get the code.
The bag looks very good for the price. I bought it from my 2nd grade son and he liked it.
Putting files/folder in place of laptop is what we liked.
