64 bar case at $0.38/bar is an amazing bargain on Amazon. Sure, you've got to buy a lot of them to get the deal, but you will rarely see Larabars on Amazon for under $1/bar if you're lucky. $0.38/bar is unheard of! It's only on the blueberry flavor, but those are one of the healthier and tastier Larabars imho. (the ones I received had a best buy date of Jan 16 of next year, so plenty of time to eat 64 of them, and they're good way past the best-by date anyway)

I suspected that might be the case myself but I ordered anyway, and I just got the box a few minutes ago, it really was 64 bars! (4 packs of 16 each) I probably ought to leave a good review on Amazon too.

just got mine, it really was 64. The good thing is, it's sold directly by Amazon and not a 3rd party, so you're always good for a refund if the listing is an error. If it had been a 3rd party seller I probably wouldn't have ordered.

I've seen those reviews also, but I've been ordering Amazon larabars for many years now and never once seen mold. I think the key is: only order the ones where it's sold directly by Amazon itself. I suspect it's 3rd party resellers selling the moldy expired ones. Unfortunately, Amazon lumps all reviews for the same product together so you can't tell whether the reviewer ordered from a reseller or Amazon direct, but I suspect that is the case.

What is the expiration date on the one you got? I got 40pk chips and they are going back since they expire in 16 days lol. Don't want the hassle of ordering and returning the bars too.
